Preparation for Aquatic Acari (Water Mites)" by Susan S. Haim

The attached provisional method describes the anatomical 
features used for the identification of water mites and 
procedures for their dissection and mounting for examination 
under the microscope. Background information on water mites 
is provided in the introductory section of the method.

This method is approved for use within the Water Resources 
Division. Questions or comments pertaining to the method
