Subject:  WATER, SURFACE--Revision of guidelines for flood insurance studies


Attached is a copy of a letter dated November 6, 1984, from the Federal

Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requesting suggestions for changes to the

FEMA flood-insurance study guidelines and specifications for study contractors.

Suggestions should be as specific as possible and should be submitted to

Ernest D. Cobb, Surface Water Branch, Reston, Virginia, by November 26, 1984.

Responses may be made via Prime mail to "EDCOBB@RVARES."
