Subject:  PUBLICATIONS--User's guide for U.S. Geological Survey
                        rainfall-runoff models


Enclosed is a user's guide with instructions for using the system of
computer programs associated with U.S. Geological Survey rainfall-runoff
models.  The user's guide is a loose-leaf form to facilitate revisions.
The computer programs are used to input, update, and edit the data,
calibrate the models, and synthesize long-term flood records.

If, after inspection, you have no need for the guide, please return it
to Surface Water Branch, Mail Stop 415, Reston, Virginia.
