Subject: Reissuance of Updated Survey Manual Chapter on Personnel 
Management Delegations

The updated Survey Manual (SM) chapter 205.1, on personnel management 
delegations, has been approved and a copy is attached for your use and 
reference.  Because significant changes were made to these delegations as 
a result of the reorganization, I wanted to ensure that you receive a 
working copy right away.  This updated chapter is being processed for 
posting in the SM on the Web and will soon be available there.  Please 
ensure distribution as you deem appropriate.  Thank you and your staff for
