Subject:  Off-Hours Support for Firewalls 

Starting on Wednesday 19, 2001, the firewall support team will be 
providing expanded 
hours of support for firewalls. The hours of support will be 6AM - 10PM 
Eastern Time, 
7 days a week. Note that times outside of what may be considered core 
business hours 
of 9AM - 5PM, Eastern Time are for situations of an emergency nature.
