Subject: Fiscal Year (FY) 2001 Federal Program Allocations-Initial Memo Nos. 1-21
A tabulation of the initial Federal Program allocations for FY 2001 has
been transmitted and can be retrieved from AIS. This allocation table
includes planning memorandum numbers 1 through 21. Allocation of all
funds has been made in AIS with the exception of various funds under HNA
and ECO. The funds NOT allocated to date are as follows:
CBR
ECO
DOI Cost Share
Title VIII
Flood Supplemental
Keep in mind that the Facilities shortfall has been allocated to your
program with the understanding that these funds will be held in Reserve.
Please be aware of funds allocations, which have been identified as a
Joint Planning Activity. These Joint Planning Activities need to have a
dedicated account and a unique code in the Project Type field. The
Project Type field is now part of the Account Request Frame in AIS.
Attached is a spreadsheet which reflects the Project Type Codes that must
be used for these funds.
A hard copy of the Federal allocation tables will be distributed. Future
allocations are subject to review by the appropriate Thrust Program
coordinators and Chief, Office of Information, WRD. Please also advise
the HQ, WRD Office of Budget Execution of any additions, deletions or
adjustments.
