more than 210 days past due) will be reported to the credit bureau.

Beginning April 19, 2001, all canceled accounts (accounts that are 90 or
more days past due) will be reported to the credit bureau. The bank will
continue to report these accounts each month until the debt is paid.

Clemency is being offered to all canceled cardholders who pay their
outstanding balance in full by April 2, 2001.

Salary Offset:

The bank may request salary offset for canceled accounts. Wages will be
