Subject: Change in Bank of America Payment Address and Statement Message

The statement cycle that occurred last night, September 19, will include
two important things, listed below, for which all cardholders with the
travel business line should be aware:

(1) A statement message will be included on the bottom of the statement
that reads as follows:

******** IMPORTANT CARDHOLDER MESSAGE FROM INTERIOR DEPARTMENT ********
THE INSPECTOR GENERAL'S STAFF ADVISES THAT USING YOUR GOVERNMENT
CREDIT CARD TO OBTAIN CASH WHILE NOT IN A TRAVEL STATUS IS PUNISHABLE
                      UNDER 18 USC 654. DON'T CHANCE IT!

Please note -- This does not preclude obtaining a cash advance for meals
and incidental expenses (M&IE) that is allowed up to 5 days before your
trip begins.

(2) The Bank of America payment address is changed from Norfolk, Virginia,
to Phoenix, Arizona, and will be printed on the top of your statement. Shown
below is the new address:

Bank of America
P.O. Box 53139
Phoenix, AZ 85072-3139

When mailing your payment to the Bank, please be sure to include the top
of your current statement with your payment. This prevents two problems,
(1) the old statement will have the wrong address causing a delay in
receipt and posting of your payment; and (2) the older statements will
reference your old account number causing the payment to be misapplied.
Either of these problems could cause your card to be suspended.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
