Subject:  Postal Rate Increases for Mexico and Other Countries, Except Canada

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has modified their international postal 
rates for Mexico and other countries, except Canada for the following 
categories of international surface mail.

·  Regular printed matter items and small packets mailed to Mexico.

·  Books and sheet music mailed to Mexico and to all other countries, except 
Canada.

These rate changes were summarized in the June issue of the USPS Memo to 
Mailers newsletter.  A .PDF file of that issue is attached.  The changes 
are outlined on page 6.
