Subject:        Permanent Change of Station Travel Voucher Processing Deadline

Each year the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Payroll Office imposes a deadline
for the last date they will accept information to be included on the
current year W-2.  Included in this requirement is the reimbursement for
expenses incurred in connection with a Permanent Change of Station (PCS).

Based on the dates established by BOR, only those relocation vouchers
received in the Travel Management Branch by November 19, 1999, will be
reflected on the employee's 1999 W-2.  Relocation vouchers received after
that date will be processed, but will be reflected on the individual's tax
year 2000 W-2.

We will work with the individuals involved in a relocation to accommodate
their vouchers and to provide any information they may need.  Questions
regarding this deadline and the PCS vouchers should be directed to Suzanne
(Hough) Cartagirone in the Travel Management Branch.  She can be reached on
