FY 2000 State and Local Cooperators

Subject:  FY 2000 State and Local Cooperators 

                UPDATE REQUESTED BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2000 

Please update your AIS database list of state and local cooperators 
so a complete list for fiscal year 2000 can be finalized for use here 
at Headquarters. 
 
Please pull a copy of your district's Customer Contact list, and check 
the following:

  1.  There should be a contact with a code of "E" (EXECUTIVE) for every 
active FY 00 cooperator. 
 
  2. Check customer names and jurisdiction codes.  Request for changes in
these areas should be sent to Susan Clark (skclark), here at Headquarters,
before October 1, 2000.

  3. TNN and Fax numbers should be in the appropriate boxes and not
the "Remarks" box.  The "Remarks" box should only be used to write out 
Customer names that are too long and are shown as acronyms on the list.
 
Please code new entries for FY 2001 as "local" or wait until after 
November 30 to enter them as active as it takes time to resolve 
problems and finalize the list.  Fiscal year 2001 entries at this time 
will just cause questions on my end. 

I will pull a list here at Headquarters to review on October 1. Please have 
updates completed by September 30th. If you have any questions, give me
