Subject:  Funding Transfer Schedule for Fiscal Year 2000

In order to comply with the Office of Financial Management (OFM)
accounting period (month end) close-out schedule, the following are
due-dates for the funding transfer during Fiscal Year, 2000.  Offices
are reminded that changes to funding should be transmitted throughout
the month and the district offices will continue to apply approval this
fiscal year.  All firm agreements should be approved and transmitted to
Headquarters on the following schedule:

                     December 17              (Friday)
                     January  25              (Tuesday)
                     February 25              (Friday)
                     March 24                 (Friday)
                     April 25                 (Tuesday)
                     May 26                   (Friday)
