This is to clarify the standing survey policy on which types 
of vouchers are prohibited from electronic transfer via the 
Travel Manager Interface (TMI).

The following types of travel vouchers have never been 
accepted for TMI processing due to software constraints:

     -- Change of Headquarters
     -- Multiple-trip (within the same date range)
     -- Voucher carrying an advance [not ATM fee]
     -- Reconstructed/comparisons
     -- Foreign Travel

These vouchers are restricted to hardcopy only.

There are no changes, at the present time, that can be made
to our current (Unix-based version 4.08) Travel Manager
tables (or to the Interface) that will allow processing the 
above vouchers electronically.
