West Branch of Operational Support Subject: FY 1999 State and Local Cooperators UPDATE REQUESTED BY SEPTEMBER 30, 1999 Please update your AIS database list of state and local cooperators so a complete list for fiscal year 1999 can be finalized for use here at Headquarters. There should be a contact with a code of "E" (EXECUTIVE) for every active FY 99 cooperator. Also, when reviewing your list, please check customer names and jurisdiction codes. Request for changes in these areas should be sent to Susan Clark (skclark) here at Headquarters. Please code new entries for FY 2000 as "local" or wait until after November 30 to enter them as active as it often takes time to resolve problems and finalize the list. Fiscal year 2000 entries at this time will just cause questions on my end. I will pull a list here at Headquarters to review on October 1. Please have your updates completed by September 30th.
