I am extremely pleased to announce that Susan Kell, who is presently 
Administrative Officer in Illinois District, has been selected
as the new New Mexico Administrative Officer.

Susan attended West Virginia University majoring in Recreation.  Her
Federal career began with GSA in 1984.  In 1985, she began working
for the USGS in the New Jersey District, where she held the positions
of Administrative Technician and Computer Programmer.  In 1989, she
transferred to the New Hampshire/Vermont Office as Administrative
Assistant.  In 1991, she transferred to the Illinois District as
Administrative Officer.

We are really looking forward to having Susan become part of the New
Mexico District.  Please join me in welcoming Susan to the sunny
Southwest!
