New Library Service - UnCover Reveal Date: Mon, 01 Feb 1999 08:26:08 -0500 From: "Susan Lowell" To: Subject: New Library Service - UnCover Reveal USGS libraries in the Biological Resources Division, Geologic Division, National Mapping Division and Water Resources Division are co-sponsoring an electronic table of contents service for all USGS employees through UnCover Reveal. The service will begin February 1, 1999. UnCover is a database of more than 8,000,000 articles in approximately 17,000 multi-disciplinary journals. UnCover Reveal is a service that allows you to create a profile, select 50 journal titles and have the tables of contents of each new issue sent to your e-mail address. You may also create 25 keyword and author search strategies which are run against the contents of the entire database weekly with the results automatically e-mailed. Reveal will also provide weekly alerts for the latest books published in your areas of interest. Obtain articles or books following your normal procedures. You may also purchase a fax copy of the articles directly from UnCover using your own credit card.
