U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 453

Riders are now being accepted for The Constitution of the United States
of America, Analysis and Interpretation, 1998 Supplement, which contains
annotations of cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States
to July 1, 1998.  This supplement is printed every 2 years.  The
expected delivery date is December 1999.

*  This publication will consist of approximately 144 pages.
