The following program elements and program numbers have been established in
AIS to track the Clean Water Action Plan (CWAP) funding.  There are two
different program elements because the funding is contained in two
different federal program line items--HNA and NAWQA (actually three as the
Fed-State Coop Program also contains CWAP funding, but it is being tracked
separately by the Program Officers when the fed match is allocated to
districts.)  You will need to attach one of these program elements to the
accounts and projects that you set up depending on the source of funding.
Make sure you ask which line is funding your project if it is not
specified.  NAWQA program coordinators are allocating funding for most of
the CWAP funding (NAWQA and HNA) it could be confusing.
