I said, 'okay', I can handle this. Here goes and shame on us!!!!!!!!!!!! OFM has reversed its decision to use alpha vendor codes for the non-government travelers. We will begin processing travel vouchers immediately under the individual's SSN as the vendor code. Since alpha codes created problems for the vouchers coming through the Travel Manager Interface we decided to discontinue the practice. Instead, OFM will do 'work arounds' to solve the other problems which have been created from using the SSN for non-government travelers. I apologize for all of the inconvenience and frustrations this has created for the interface sites.
