Signal Corporation is familiar with WRD Headquarters PC and Macintosh systems, and is available to provide system administration support. The contractor will perform system management, operation, configuration management, troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, resource management, user support upgrades, performance monitoring and enhancements. If you have a need for any of the above services, you can page Kai Vutipawat at Signal Corporation directly by dialing 612-6012. Once you are connected, enter your telephone number and press the # key. Kai will return your call within one hour. Before paging Kai/Signal Corporation, you should first consult your system administrator or Sandra Hite to insure that a service support call is necessary. When you make a support call/page, the contractor will give you a diagnosis and repair estimate (time and materials charges) after being on-site within 1 to 2 hours. At that point, you can decide to continue with the service or to cancel. If you cancel the service, you will still be obligated to pay for the contractor's time to perform the diagnosis and estimate. The contractor's service will be billed to your account at the rate of $52.00 per hour and starts the moment the contractor comes on site.
