Please replace William G. Shope, Chief, Branch of Operational Support
with Ernest S. Dreyer of that office as the Contracting Officer's
Technical Representative for U.S. Geological Survey contract
1434-92-C-30063 with Integral Systems, Incorporated.  This contract is
in support of Water Resources Division Local Readout Ground Stations.
