The USGS recently established a Bureau Recruitment Team that intends to use this information to identify and build upon already existing relationships and expand further to include new schools. Please distinguish one educational institution (high school, trade school, college, university) per network survey. After completing the separate forms for each institution, the individual submitting the information should then complete the OVERALL SUMMARY for their office/organization to evaluate all school/campus recruiting experiences.
