The information in the CDP System is considered personal by the Privacy Action of 1994. Only those positions that are allowed access should distribute or disclose the information contained in the CDP to the owner of the CDP, supervisor of the employee, prospective supervisor, or to the Personnel Office. Any questions regarding access should be directed to the Chief, Branch of Human Resources Management Support.
