                        SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE
                CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (SESCDP) NO. 10

The SESCDP is designed to develop future candidates for the Senior Executive 
Service (SES).  The program will provide a series of intensive developmental 
experiences for approximately 15 to 20 selected candidates at the GS/GM
14/15 or
equivalent levels, who have high potential for assuming executive 
responsibilities.  This development, over a period 12 months, will include 
formal courses and seminars, as well as developmental assignments.


               ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
