Subject: Availability of Sitel Corp. Support Contract 

A support contract with Sitel Corporation of Madison, Wisconsin, has
been in place since November 25, 1997, with a duration period of 12
months. This contract provides users a way to obtain support for PC
and Mac Operating Systems and Applications, in addition to the Help
groups and Web-based technical support that is provided with these
industry products.

For PC and Mac Operating System and Application questions, you are
encouraged to call the Toll free number: 1-800-255-7591, where you
will be asked to identify yourself by Name, Division, and Region (NR,
SR, CR, WR). Support coverage starts from 8:00 AM to 8 PM, EST, Monday
to Friday.
