Please provide this additional information to Maxiflex employees who
are on a 5/4/9 schedule.

Each of the three holidays will be recorded as 8 hours.  Maxiflex 
employees who adhere to a 5/4/9 schedule will owe 2 hours that can be 
made up by working 2 extra hours during the pay period or by using 2
hours leave/credit/comp time to make up the 2 hours during the
period.
