There should be a contact with a code of "E" (EXECUTIVE) for every active FY 98 cooperator. Also when reviewing your list, please check customer names and jurisdiction codes. Changes needed in these areas should be sent to Susan Clark (skclark) here at Headquarters. Please code new entries for FY 99 as "local" or wait until after November 30 to enter them as active as it often takes time to resolve problems with the list. New fiscal year entries will just cause questions on my end. Please notify me by E-Mail that your list is ready for me to pull by COB October 20, 1998.
