On April 20-24, I will be in Tucson, Arizona, attending the Personnel
Conference.  Isabelle Halley des Fontaines will be the Acting Assistant Chief
Hydrologist for Operations on Monday, April 20, and Steve Blanchard will be
Acting ACH/O on April 21-24.
