I will be on annual leave December 5 and December 8.  I will also be on travel
December 10-11 at a Safety Committee meeting in Louisville, Kentucky, and on
annual leave on December 12 and 15. 

In my absence tomorrow, Bill Shope will be Acting Assistant Chief Hydrologist
for Operations (ACH/O), and Steve Blanchard will be Acting ACH/O on all of the
other days.
