During the week of May 18-22, I will be in Breckenridge, Colorado, at the
Central Region Program Review. In my absence, Steve Blanchard will be Acting
ACH/Operations on Monday and Friday.  On May 19-21, Steve will be in
Minneapolis, Minnesota, attending the Fourth National Tribal Conference on
Environmental Management.  In Steve's absence, Alice Sabatini will be Acting
ACH/O on Tuesday through Thursday.
