I will be out of the office from May 5 to 8, 1998 attending the National
Districts Chief Meeting in Williamsburg, VA.  During my absence, Nancy Hill
will be acting Branch Chief and Division Administrative Officer.  

I plan to read email and retrieve phone messages during my absence.
