                          FY97 Close-out Information 
                         (Ocala Laboratory - OCALAMAN)

        The billing cut-off for Fiscal Year 97 will be September 17, 1997,
        for both analytical services and field supplies. This means that
        samples or supply orders (OCALAMAN) received after COB Wednesday,
        September 17, will be charged to Fiscal Year 98.

	Most QWSU laboratory prices will remain unchanged for FY98.
	Prices for field supply items distributed by QWSU will increase
	selectively reflecting increased costs of commercial products and
	required quality assurance.  FY98 price lists will be available
	August 15, and will be sent by E-mail on request.

	FY98 prices will become effective at COB, Wednesday, September 17.
	Final analytical and supply billings will be available the week
	of September 22.

        Understand that the close-out date does not interrupt the flow
        of supplies or analytical data.  It simply defines the fiscal
