We will be processing several hundred forms to provide BRD approving official and cardholder data to the bank from late February through mid-April. It is necessary for us to give priority to BRD actions during this period, in order to minimize the period over overlap and still avoid gaps in their card coverage. This means that requests for additions or changes for cardholders and approving officials in the remainder of USGS will be processed only as time permits. For offices other than BRD -- If you planned to be adding cardholders, changing approving officials or making other changes in cardholder or approving official accounts this Spring, we ask that you submit any known required adds or changes by February 21. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate subsequent requests, but you should expect them to take longer than usual during this conversion period. Please include a very brief explanatory note identifying any urgent requests, and those will be processed to meet your needs. We also will continue to handle cancellation notices immediately upon receipt. For BRD - We will soon be sending out additional information and instructions for this conversion.
