Please make the following correction to the Fiscal Year 1997 Close-Out Procedures 
Memorandum, dated July 23, 1997, to WRD Remote Data Entry Sites from Tim 
Caulkins, Acting Chief, OFM:

On Page 9, subject Automated SV, paragraph 2, the second sentence should be 
corrected to read "Transactions should be entered on-line and processed with an 
action of "W" (Wait Update)...."

This correction was previously requested through WRD to OFM, but the change was 
not caught before the final was distributed. Formal notice may be given by OFM, 
but we wanted to distribute this information to you ASAP.
