This is a reminder that the Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility features 
the WRD Instrument News on the Internet.  The past four issues (December 
1995, March 1996, June 1996, and September 1996) are available.  Issues 
before December 1995 will be transferred over as time permits.  Even 
though we are currently modifying our Home Page, we encourage you to
