Subject:   A New Comprehensive Technology Transfer Handbook

There is a new handbook online to help you with any questions you may have
about technology transfer activities and help you through the various
processes.  This Handbook replaces the Cooperative Research and Development
Agreement (CRADA) document and is far more comprehensive.  Besides covering
CRADAs and how to form one, it covers seeking a patent, licensing,
contributions, and work-for-others.  Also included are resources for
assistance, history, other tools, and links to appropriate Survey Manual
Chapters.
