            SUSPENSE JANUARY 30, 1997

Executive Order 13031 (Federal Alternative Fueld Vehicle
Leadership) was signed by President Clinton December 13, 1996.

The requirements of this Order necessitate an information
gathering exercise with a short turn-around time frame.  Please
help us satisfy this requirement by responding to this request
NOT LATER THAN January 30, 1997.  Please email the requested
data to <ebrenner> with cc to <dcmadril>.

1. The number of GSA Motol Pool leased vehicles
   within your districts by location (city & county).

2. The number of DOI owned vehicles in your district by
   location (city & county).

3. The number of Alternate Fueled Vehicles currently within
   your district fleet by make, weight class, fuel type and
   whether vehicle is GSA or DOI owned/leased.
 
4. The number of commercially leased vehicles in your district.

5. Number GSA vehicles you plan to lease in FY97 and FY 98.

6. Number of DOI vehicles you plan to buy in FY97 and FY98.
