On a calendar year basis, we required to report to the 
Secretary of State any gifts, valued at $225 or more, given
to Survey employees by foreign governments. (This includes 
travel paid for by foreign governments, given as a gift to 
Survey employees or their families).  This DOES NOT include 
normal, authorized travel to foreign countries.

Please let me know, NOT LATER THAN JANUARY 27, if you have
received such a gift.  There is a specific report format to 
be used which I will provide.

NEGATIVE REPLIES ARE NOT REQUIRED.
