This is in response to the questions being asked regarding supporting 
documentation for the Closeout Adjustment Packages.

Supporting documentation should include FFS screen prints of your 
documents in FFS; copies of Purchase Orders and invoices; copies of FFS 
reports for adjustments which are duplicates; copies of FFS reports to 
support standard vouchers to move expenditures.
