Status of Signed Agreements for Fiscal Year 1996 MEMORANDUM April 23, 1996 To: District Chiefs From: Robert M. Hirsch (signed) Chief Hydrologist Subject: Status of Signed Agreements for Fiscal Year 1996 As of the end of the March funding transfer, only 25 percent of the Water Resources Division's Joint Funding Agreements (JFA) remain unsigned. This is a marked improvement over previous fiscal years. Congratulations and thanks to all District Chiefs and Administrative Officers. While we recognize that not all Districts have an equally difficult job in getting agreements signed, we believe that the following Districts have made significant strides toward meeting the Division goal of obtaining signed agreements prior to beginning work.
