Snooks" To: "USGS Employees" Subject: Leave and Earning Statements MEMORANDUM To: All Employees From: Acting Chief, Office of Human Resources Subject: Revised Leave and Earnings Statement Form Beginning with pay period 9607 (March 3-16, 1996), USGS employees will receive a newly formatted Leave and Earnings Statement (LES). The new LES is a product of the transfer of USGS automated payroll records to a new computer at the Denver Administrative Service Center. The LES will be mailed directly to your "official payroll" address, which may be found in the lower right hand corner of the statement you currently receive. This is the address to which your Form W2 was mailed. If you wish to change this address, please contact your timekeeper. The new LES will be mailed to you in conjunction with the pay date of March 28, 1996, and should arrive in the mail on or about that date. A sample of the new LES and a detailed description of the information listed on the statement will be provided to you through your division administrative distribution channels.
