Subject:  Office of Program Support

Beginning Tuesday, June 18, 1996, Gloria J. Stiltner will be detailed to 
the Office of Program Support to serve as Acting Associate Chief for 
Operations, for a period of 1 year.  For the past 5 years, Gloria has 
been the Chief, Distributed Information System Program Office in the 
Water Resources Division (WRD).  There she has had responsibility for 
the development, testing, implementation, procurement, contract 
management, and operation of WRD's software, hardware, and 
telecommunications systems.

I am delighted that Gloria will be a member of our team for the next 
year and look forward to working closely with her.  Please join me in 
welcoming Gloria to the Office of Program Support.
