Meeks Regional Hydrologist Subject: New Mississippi District Chief We are pleased to announce the selection of Leonard R. Frost, Jr. as the District Chief of Mississippi. Lenny is currently the Studies Section Chief where he has served since early 1995. Lenny began his career in 1968 in the Albany, New York office in ground-water data collection and analysis and has had tours of duty in the Montana, New England, and Illinois Districts where he worked mostly with water-quality and sediment data collection and projects. Lenny's broad technical and supervisory background, his experience in program development, and his knowledge of district management will serve the Mississippi District well.
