Hirsch /signed/ Chief Hydrologist Subject: Water Resources Division Graduate School Training Program Every year the Water Resources Division (WRD) sponsors a Graduate School Training Program. The general objective of the Program is to raise the level of scientific and administrative management competence in the division by providing employees an academic opportunity to develop their professional knowledges, skills, and abilities to help meet current and future WRD needs. I am pleased to announce that Ronald B. Zelt, Lawrence, Kansas, has been selected to participate in the division's 1996-1997 Program. Mr. Zelt's plans are to attend Colorado State University for graduate study in the Department of Earth Resources. He will focus his studies in the areas of fluvial geomorphology and related hydrologic analyses. We wish him the best of luck during the academic year.
