Subject:  Flood Supplemental Funding  

In reference to Alice Sabatini's memorandum dated May 14, 1996,
Subject: Flood Supplemental guidance, all account numbers were to be
entered into your local AIS by COB May 17, 1996.  We are in the
process of allocating these funds but are unable to do so because
account numbers are not established at your local AIS site.  Please
ensure that all your account numbers are established for the flood
supplemental by COB, Tuesday, May 28, 1996, so that these funds may be
allocated.
