Subject:  EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES--Float Wheels



Reference is made to Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility 
Memorandum No. 96.03 dated March 14, 1996, subject, Charges 
for Float Wheels: Planned Change.

This is to confirm that the Hydrologic Instrumentation 
Facility (HIF) will no longer charge for float wheels not 
returned with Analog-to-Digital Recorders (ADR's).  HIF will 
continue supplying float wheels with the ADR's and with GS-93 
and Sutron 8400 water level recorders (electronic ADR 
replacement devices) until available supplies are exhausted.
