However, plans MUST BE IN PLACE for all current employees by June 30, 1996, in order to meet the 90-day requirement for eligibility to receive a rating as of September 30. Check with the Chief of your organizational component to see if an earlier deadline has been established in your office. FrameMaker 4 templates have been created for the Employee Performance Plan and Results Report (Form DI-2002, September 1995). These templates should be installed on the servers at Headquarters and be available by clicking on NEW in the main FrameMaker window and selecting Forms. There are two different versions there: Employee-Performance-Plan.DI-2002 Employee-Performance-Plan.DI-2002-without-circles.gz. The first file includes circles already drawn under the "Performance Indicators" section. Users simply select and delete the circles that are not needed. The latter file is without circles drawn and looks like the original hardcopy form.
