Sponsored by the Office of Water Quality, WRD. Sandy developed cooperative work with the State of Washington that is a model for one type of activity possible under the USGS Drinking Water Initiative. He will talk about what the USGS did, what people in Washington State are drinking in the way of pesticides, how the State has used our information, and the response from the Association of State Drinking Water Administrators (who Sandy will be speaking to in DC the day prior, Feb. 14th).
