During the interim, while CR is in the process of filling the Program 
Officer position, I have asked Ivan James, Jim Kircher, and Bob Burchett to 
wear an additional hat as acting Program Officer on a rotational basis.
Ivan James will be Acting Program Officer from now through February 16, 
1996.  Jim and Bob will follow for a month each.  Please give Ivan, Jim, 
and Bob your full support during this transition.
