Subject:  Reporting on Printing not Procured Through the 
	  Government Printing Office

			REPLY REQUESTED BY MAY 1, 1996


As stipulated in Survey Manual Chapter 314.1, offices that procured printing
and duplicating work from sources other than the Government Printing Office
(GPO) or its contractors must report these procurements.  This is any printing
requested from "quick copy" vendors which was furnished to the public (not to
include reprints of WRD numbered memoranda, Survey Manual Chapters, or
materials used within the office).  Please provide the information for work
printed from sources other than GPO for the period October 1, 1995 through
March 31, 1996, to Toni Brenner (email ebrenner) by May 1, 1996, in the
following format:

		Total Number   Number of Pages  Style of    Total
Description	 of Copies	Per Copy	 Binding     Cost
